Hi John

I tried to hit the key for the number of times for the heading level
but I couldn't get it to work, it just took me down as many headings
as I clicked which works for me since I go to the same sites a lot
and know how many headings are there before the main content. I
actually hold down the h key rather than tabbing as there is
less stress on my carpal tunnel.
