I'm sure, accessible games can be developed using Flash. See this blog post:

html

However, examples do not seem to be working now, so I may suggest you to
look up for them on http://www.n-syst.com

Thanks,

Subject: [WebAIM] accessible web games

Hi all,

I've a big question about accessible web games...

A public administration asked us to create a web site that is addressed to
young people, so it can't have a serious layout and plain text, they want
colors, videos and games, and in the meantime it must be accessible to all.
No problem about layout, colors and videos... but what about games???

Is there a guide line with all the requirements about this kind of objects
in web?

I've found here and there some examples of games for people with
disabilities (http://www.creaturediscomforts.org/games/
http://www.audiogames.net/ http://www.gameaccessibility.com/ ) and it seems
that every single game is not addressed to all kind of disabilities, but to
a single one...

What do you think about this? Is it possible to create a game section of a
portal that can be considered accessible?

Thanks,
Chiara
