I found http://jimthatcher.com/webcourse1.htm#tutorial to be an
excellent resource. He breaks it down into an easy-to-follow format.
Webucator has recently taken his tutorial and made it into an online web
accessibility course:

The author, Jim Thatcher, also provides web accessibility training for
design, dev, and QA teams: http://jimthatcher.com/index.htm.
Good luck!
