Thanks for the link... the time spent was actually just figuring out
what information went where, not really the table structure... I did the
'cell by cell' version first and then whipped out the colspan/rowspan
version after that.

Fortunately making tables isn't something I have to do very often, but
the bookmark will be appreciated next time I do :-)
