I don't have answers to all of your questions, though I would say
that I don't necessarily think it's WebAIm's responsibility to use
its resources to publicize other people's work, though of course,
that's their call. I think their list archives, as I said, tend to
be an excellent starting point for most inquiries.

JS: I assume you mean you do *NOT* have access to that thread. I'm
not sure why it didn't work, but what *I* did to correct it is to
search the archives for
"Accessible survey tools"

Good luck to all. Birkir, I know what you're after, but it looks like
this thread is evolving.

One of the reasons that the WebAIM archives work well is that people
on this list do a pretty decent job of "minding" subject lines.
