I finally came upon an instance where I thought it might be important
for the reader to have a long description of what was, for viewers with
no visual impairments, better served with an image.

So it seemed like a good time for me to try LONGDESC

first image on the page.

Suggestions on improving my LONGDESC implementation appreciated!
