current status of US universities
(http://www.webaim.org/articles/meetchallenge), and Liddy Neville
( <EMAIL REMOVED> ) is an Australian expert on the topic. (You can
tell them I referred you.) Carol Doyle ( <EMAIL REMOVED> ) might be a
good reference in the UK.
