Opera has one

File > Preferences > Privacy

UNcheck 'Enable automatic redirection'


Opera also gives the user the ability to auto-refresh a page if they want
to, at a time period defined by the user (or they can choose one of the
presets). Simply right click on a page and goto "Reload Every"
