Does an accessible video player that works correctly in all major browsers exist?

Unfortunately no. We spend a day each fortnight testing OzPlayer on new
browser versions, mobiles etc and so we need to recoup that cost. One of
the things we found with existing players that claimed to be accessible is
that they were not maintained and therefore quickly became inaccessible (eg
keyboard traps in Firefox).
