Report on DRC briefing - re formal investigation of 1000 sites

For info, I have made some notes about last night's
briefing in London by the DRC and City University
which you may find useful.

This investigation only affects UK sites - or rather
Great Britain, as I discovered last night - so
apologies to anyone living outside of this isle (maybe
you'll have a passing interest though).

Hopefully I've spotted all the typos - it's been a bit
of a mad rush getting this posted so soon!
