Hi Lisa,

I know this is complicated, did you leave out the step where you copy the Word information into Outlook?

This is how I do it:

1. Create info with text, and images and alt text (in description field)
2. Copy and Paste that into an Outlook signature template
3. Send an email to my Gmail account with that Signature
4. Copy the signature text from the (Outlook) email in my Gmail inbox
5. Paste that text into the Gmail Signature template

Hi Latie,

Thanks for sharing that method. One thing I found quite by accident, was when I copied the content of a Word document into a Gmail email. This included the two photos I have in there, which had alts in Word. When I copied the photos didn't copy over (I expected that) but my alts did copy over...It was interesting. It didn't help me, but I wasn't expecting the alts to come with the text!
