Need examples of well-done accessible training modules

I have a team who is creating video-based learning courses on using software, and they actually care about accessibility! What are some of the best examples of doing that right? (e.g. not relying on visual characteristics alone, captioning that is appropriate for both the blind and the deaf, &c.)
