I prefer beefree.io, which I just found for email marketing purposes. Has responsive design built-in and accessibility tools as well. You can even go as far as altering the alt text for your different social media icons.
There's a paid version to sync with your outlook or other clients, but I just use the free version and send a "test" email to myself, which I then forward to groups.

Subject: [WebAIM] Accessible Newsletter Provider?
Hello Everyone,
I would like to produce an accessible newsletter via email using an accessible newsletter provider that is usable and understandable with a screen reader. Does anyone know of an accessible newsletter provider (i.e.
MailChimp or ConstantContact) you recommend using?
Thank you!
Rosemarie Punzalan
