I agree and I feel that this is a great shame that those of us who are
trying to code to a particular standard for accessibility can't guarantee
the results (older version issues aside). I haven't looked into it but I
wonder if there is an equivalent to the WCAG/Section 508 which applies to
user-agents as well. If not, perhaps there should be.
