Accessibility on Flash for screen reader users

Hello everybody, I was curious how much success any screen reader users has
had with flash lately. The new versions of JAWS and Window eyes advertise
how they have made changes to make flash more accessible for screen reader
users. If there is any first hand experience that any users have whether it
may be better or same or worse, it would be nice to have a idea where it
stands as far as accessibility.
