I find them useful at times. For example, I may be directed to a specific
tutorial that answers a question I have. If I see breadcrumbs, I may click
the tutorials breadcrumb link to see what other tutorials are available from
the site.

I think anyone deeply involved with web development finds them quite useful,
but, even though I also implement them on larger sites, I'm really not sure
if it is a primary navigation tool for most folks.
