Subject: Application Design Accessability Standards

Perhaps a bit 'off-forum' !.......but has anyone seen information
regarding application accessibility standards, as opposed to web
standards? (which thanks to forums such as these are much better
covered). I have lots of issues with the failure of application
developers to consider accessibility issues, whereas web development
personnel are much better informed.
