While I wasn't specifically testing for AAA, I was looking at it from the
point of a low-vision user. With my tired eyes and no glasses (for the
test), the only clue that I could readily see that I was on the form field
(if I wasn't looking at the form already) was the LastPass icon in the
field. I had the team increase the black box shadow to 3px to make the
white border stand out more from the white text fields. That feels a lot
better.
