Hello members,
Please help.
I am having problems in sending links to others from various websites.
See example pasted.
Create and Edit Universal Book Links
Author Help
https://authorhelp.uk ⺠create-edit-universal-book-links
As here, nothing begins with the word, "link" on each new line.
Recipients do not have the the URL link provided take them to the
specific article or feature as it is expressed above.
Or, in other cases, the link itself is general and omits the intended item.
I have used chroam as my major browser, but wonder if Firefox may
remedy these issues?
Thanks for help with this issue.

David,
Is there a reason you expect the line with the link to start with the word link? Typically if you paste a URL into most email applications, it will turn the item into a actual link but not add the word link in front of it. If someone is using a screen reader, the URL will identify as a link. If you want the word link to appear before the URL, you will have to add that information.
Also, whether or not a link you copy from the URL locator bar in your browser will take someone to the actual page is dependent on the site. If the URL uniquely identifies the page, it will work. However, some times people will create sites in a manner where the URL does not actually provide the information for getting to a specific page. It instead takes the user to a generic URL for that site.
It won't really matter which browser you use to copy the links for these issues.
I hope that helps.
Thanks!
Tim
