Thanks

I've recorded VoiceOver in action to demo inaccessible web pages as a Screen Recording with QuickTime Player for OS X. Works very well! I wish it was possible or easy to do on iOS.

Yes, you might be able to record the VoiceOver speech output with a voice recorder, but you can't do a screen recording that captures VO, the screen, and your voice. Apple does not allow screen recording apps into their "walled garden" app store. If you're Jailbroken you can do full screen recordings using a Cydia app called RecordMyScreen. The app works well to do video recordings and upload to YouTube without needing a desktop computer!

Anyone do screen recordings on Android with TalkBack?

Why not use Reflector (or one of the Airplay apps) to project the screen to
a laptop, and record from there. You have to capture the VO speech output
through the mic, but that also means you get to capture any conversation.
Add a video chat window and you have cheap picture-in-picture.

I've never used it but there's a ux testing app that will record all activity on the phone, including screen and sound. Might do the job.
