Hello Everyone,

As you know, we will be having the (last) TEITAC face-to-face meeting
next week, January 7-9, 2008 at NSF; TEITAC #10

In preparation, you should try to review the following materials which
will be referenced at the meeting:

1. Agenda [found at:
http://www.access-board.gov/sec508/refresh/agenda.htm ]
2. November 27, 2007 draft of the report [found at:
http://teitac.org/wiki/EWG:Draft_Nov_27 ]
3. Telecommunications Task Force Report [attached to this email ]

These three documents will be handed out in accessible formats at the
meeting. Any other materials you wish to reference will have to be
accessed electronically, or you should prepare your own materials for
your use. Nothing can be handed out unless it is in accessible format
[See protocols, paragraph 18:
http://www.access-board.gov/sec508/refresh/protocols.htm ]

Meeting minutes for November 2007 [TEITAC #8 Face to Face] and the
December 2007 teleconferences [TEITAC #9] will be posted shortly on the
AB website [ http://www.access-board.gov/sec508/update-index.htm ]
These will be reviewed and approved on Wednesday, January 9, 2008.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

I look forward to seeing all of you next week,

Sincerely,

Tim
