In today's Subpart A call, the issue of authoritative definitions of terms,
as in 1194.4, came up. The importance of definitions of terms has come up
on several subcommittees. I've seen web technologies that mark terms that
are defined somewhere (not just a regular wiki link). Is there a feature or
plugin for MediaWiki that does this?
