My apologies for the technical difficulties yesterday with the Skype
HighSpeed+ conference call service. I reported the problem and here is the
response:

For some reason the bridge was not taking calls for a period of about 15
minutes. It is working fine now and we are investigating the reason for the
malfunction.

<end of response>

Apparently, they have stopped investigating and don't intend to give me any
more information because they have closed the ticket. I guess you get what
you pay for with free services.

Next week we will attempt to use this service again because it has been
reliable up to this point. If it doesn't work in the future, we will use
the same methods that worked this week to get out an alternate number:

- a note to the mailing list
- update the agenda page on the wiki
- type the number into RCC

I will include this information on the agenda too to remind everyone.

Andi
