Yes, several vendors are doing this. I wasn't sure where this topic
should go but wanted to mention it, so that I would not forget. Adding
it to the general issues is fine. Thanks.

This seems like a general issue rather than something specific to the
detailed provisions we are discussing at the moment. Okay if we table
