I think it would be beneficial if it can be planned at or around the
schedule TEITAC meetings.

Face-to-Face makes sense, especially associated with the full committee
meetings and times available for other subcommittees during/around the
February 6-8 window in DC.

Subject: [teitac-websoftware] Face to face meetings

At last week's subcommittee meeting, I mentioned that there is a
possibility we could have face to face meetings of our subcommittee in
Washington, DC. The meetings would be either the day before TEITAC
meetings
or perhaps there would be time set aside during the TEITAC meeting for
subcommittee meetings. There might also be a conference bridge available
so
that those who cannot attend in person could call in.

In order to minimize the mailing list traffic, please respond only if
you
are in favor of holding one or more face to face meetings of the
subcommittee. If you don't respond, I will assume you don't want face to
face meetings.
