There were at least 30 messages between Mike, Jim, Bruce, Andi and Gregg
about maybe needing a meeting. There was no clear announcement of a call.
The phone number was in a message from Mike:

I couldn't figure who was invited who wasn't. Then on request Andi provided
a link to the notes.

It seems like the process chould be cleaned up. Announce a phone call with
time and date - when it is over provide a link to the results. Or maybe I
should have "searched" the wiki for the notes? I am not wiki-savy.
