One interesting point . . . with no internet access at the next meeting Nov.
8-9, any handraising software will be useless at the next in-person meeting.
I know that pencil and paper work fine for those in the room, but my
understanding was that there was going to be a telephone line available for
some to call in this time around. I'm not sure how many will actually avail
themselves of this option, but if some do, the speaker queue will be tougher
this meeting.

Do we have an Internet option available? Might one of the members of the
panel volunteer to provide us with wireless access for the day, or is that
not a reasonable option? Just some food for thought. Might not be enough
time to do anything about it for Nov. 8-9, but I think that wireless
internet access in the room was broadly appreciated and utilized at the last
meeting.

We have created an Online Hand-Raising Utility.

Just in rough form but solid. Uses std web technologies so you just go to
the web page to use it.

Will fix up a bit visually and send out later today to this committee.
