I believe each of the subcomms is supposed to addres the themes to the
extent feasible, so I would think that analysis of this should come from the
telecomm committee for consideration by the whole.

making certain features required under 508. As this issue is not limited to

can I recommend that we move this discussion into the relevant Theme,
"Economic
Analysis", and therefore move it into the entire Committee's purview. Is
that
agreeable?
