I second this, not only because many of the same people are on both telecom and AV, but also because it is not clear what the people who are not on desktop and portable will be doing with their time on Wed from 10:45 - 12:15, while that single group is meeting.

I think I would suggest moving the AV meeting perhaps to the same time as the Desktop and Portable meeting? Web and Software, Telecommunications, and AV have significant overlap in membership.

Tim,
Are the meetings you show for Wednesday, Feb 6, going to be on Tuesday, Feb 6, or Wednesday, Feb 7?
Are the meetings you show for Thursday, Feb 7, going to be on Wednesday, Feb 7, or Thursday, Feb 8?
Thanks,

The meeting dates are Tuesday, Feb. 6 (Day 1)
Wednesday, Feb. 7 (Day 2)
Thursday, Feb. 8 (Day 3)
I hope that clears up any confusion.

Tim,
I'm not sure which days you've scheduled for the subcommittee meetings. You show meetings on Wednesday, Feb 6, and Thursday, Feb 7. I believe that Tuesday is Feb 6 and Wednesday is Feb 7.

Importance: High
Hello All,
Re: Meeting dates/times for TEITAC subcommittees:
The co-chairs, Mike and Jim and I are working on finalizing the meeting schedule for the subcommittees. I believe that the subcommittee co-chairs indicated to Mike Paciello which of you wanted to meet face to face (and for how long)
To my knowledge, the following subcommittees have asked to meet face to face, and we are scheduling face to face meeting time for them. I anticipate 90 minutes per subcommittee, with two subcommittees meeting per time slot.
**IF A particular subcommittee needs/wants fewer than 90 minutes or more, let me know ASAP!*******
*****IF a particular subcommittee NOT on this list wants to meet, please tell me ASAP!**********
****IF a subcommittee wants to meet at a different time WHILE the regular meeting is going on, the meeting space WILL still be available. So far, I have scheduled all subcommittee meetings to be on the afternoon of Day #1 and the morning of Day #2, so that all can participate in the plenary discussions before and after.
Because of the number of meetings requested, we will spread the meetings out over two days. [See draft schedule below]
1. The subcommittees that I understand have requested meeting
time/space:
1.) Desktop and Portable
2.) Telecommunications
3.) Documentation and Tech Support
4.) AV
5.) Web and Software
2. The subcommittee meeting times would be:
Wed. Feb. 6, 2007
2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Town Hall Meeting Room: Web & Software
E122N: AV
Thursday, Feb. 7, 2007
9:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Town Hall Meeting room: Telecommunications
E122N: Documentation and Tech Support
10:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
Town Hall Meeting Room: Desktop and Portable
The draft agenda for the full three days of the meeting will come out next week {Jan. 29-Feb. 2, 2007]
