I apologize for not being able to address the call when the comments were
made. I think the captioner and the transcript today was very poor.
I am not sure in what context you would like me to help but I am more than
happy to contribute if I can.
I am not sure who Toby & Norm are but if they would like to contact me to
discuss anything my email address is = EMAIL ADDRESS REMOVED = .
As background I can hear but have extreme difficulty on teleconferences and
this is why I use the captioner service exclusively during conference calls.
The pains and attitudinal issues that I dealt with in providing DHH
employees comparable access to telecommunications is frightening, so
anything that we can propose to the Access Board for inclusion in the final
standards would be a plus.
