Two quick comments

1) if telecom is passing up the 'control' provisions - did they pass up the
'control' provisions of 255 as well? if so you have all those to deal
with.

2) For 1194.26 (b) it says touchscreens must also have physical
controls. But it only says there has to be one. Not that you must be able
to do everything from it. also - Soft keys are just as much a problem and
this doesn't address that. Also - If I use a "tab and enter" approach to
operate a product (from tactilely discernable keys) how would a blind person
know where they were. This provision is not very useful as written.

3) 1194.23 (k) (2) talks about one hand. But what it should say is 'no
simultaneous actions". You can do a lot with one dexterous hand that is
impossible with headstick, mouthstick, arthritic hand, prosthesis etc.

4) 1194.21(i) (color) Very nice.

5) 1194.21(k) (Flash) needs fixing - too stringent as written. In any
case 55 needs to be changed to 50 hz.

6) 1194.25 (e) this is two provisions - break them apart.
