I would agree and would also suggest removing "training and informational"

This seems to be the general sentiment. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Therefore, how's this for proposed wording of 24(f):

24(f) All materials that include interactive elements that
are part of the content must comply with 1194.21 [a-z] as well as
1194.24 a-e.
