I agree that the double quote enclosure technique is not enough to visually
dilineate the quoted text. But, like Jessica, my mail client doesn't insert
the symbols at the beginning of each line on replies. I have to do it
manually. I like the BLOCKQUOTE idea but it doesn't have to be
"BLOCKQUOTE". It can be any label you choose that seems appropriate within
the context.
