In WCAG we have talked about a mechanism available from the inaccessible
version. The concern being that often the URI of the inaccessible doc is
sent in an email etc and that there isn't a way to get to the accessible
version from the inaccessible version if you don't know the unknown page
that references both.

Some interesting techniques for this too.
