Subject: [teitac-websoftware] Summary of proposed new Web and
Softwareprovisions

Attached is the first two tables that summarize the info on the WIKI
regarding current wording and proposed new wording of the provisions, or
else a status of why there isn't new wording proposed. This one is for the
WEB provisions, and the other is for the SOFTWARE provisions. I'm
circulating them separately because the reflector has a 100KB limit.

I plan to circulate these to my constituency (ITAA members) for them to use
as the basis of their review of where we stand now and to solicit their
feedback regarding how such changes impact their interests. There is a
pointer in each to the WIKI where, if they have interest, they will find
chapter and verse of what the issues are.

As TEITAC proceeds, there will be changes, I know. For my audience, at this
time, I wanted to "cut to the chase".

If you have comments, I'm like Ross Perot: "All ears."
