Thanks Gregg,

1. I may have overstated my case in #1, but I was trying to address the
notion that these requirements don't exist in isolation. I'm sure you
would agree that both good contrast and good labeling are needed to
attain access for those with disabilities. It's just that some things
matter more to one groups than to another.

2. Outlining the pie segments is exactly what I do. Sorry I didn't
mention it in the first place. This, with a good text explanation, of
the chart deals with the sort of pies my agency creates (12 categories
or less).
