I think we will end up with
- some guidelines that apply across all three (and I do believe you will
need to talk about ROLES again. A browser looks like an application and a
platform. And software can be in all three roles.
- some guidelines or specifics that apply to just one role of software/docs.
Are we talking about soft-plat-web-doc ??

systems and another that covers software apps and Web content / Web apps?
