We are about a month out from the May meeting. Do we have firm start/end
times associated with the May 22-24 dates so we can make flight
arrangements? Do we have a location so we can work on hotel rooms?

Thanks,
Diane

Jim,

The AV subcommittee has not been meeting since I assumed we had submitted
what the drafting committee needs. Is there anything else we should be
doing?
