Don,

Under the revised ADA-AG Guidelines there were modifications to
"Reach Range". These changes are identified in Section 308 of the
2004 Guideline revisions. It is likely sometime this Summer (or at
worse, by year's end), USDOJ will complete their work and the 204
Guidelines will become the Standard. In light, I would work using the
2004 Guidelines whenever questions arise.
