To me, this seems to be excellent material to form a good solid improved
flash requirement around. My initial thinking was that visual field is
pretty hard to nail down as it relates to distance from source, and
low-vision folks will inevitably have ranges of distance different from
one another--but this is primarily aimed to overcome functional problems
encountered by people with photo-sensitive epilepsy right?
