In looking at the latest version of our proposed organization, and trying
to see what would make it easier for users to understand I think we should
consider the following heading changes

Change : 3. Build accessibility directly into product

To : 3. If Making product Directly Accessible (built in
accessibility)

Rationale: Old wording sounds like a command rather than a category of
intervention. New wording sounds like an option.

Change: 4. Make product work with adaptive assistive technology

To: 4. If making product work with adaptive assistive
technology

Rationale: (same as previous)

Change: 2. Don't Block Use (both if providing direct access or via AT)

To: 2. To Avoid Interference with Use or Incompatibility with
User.

Rationale: Easier to understand. This isn't an IF because all products
must do these.

Change: 5. Content

To: 5. For products that are content and for Product
documentation.

Rationale: So it is clear when these apply both to products and to
documentation of products as being discussed by software and documentation
groups.

Change: 6. Documentation, help, and support services

To: 6. Documentation, help, and support services for Products

Rationale: To make it clearer that these are documents for the products
that would meet other guidelines. (If services means more than this then we
need to change the provisions since they currently only refer to services
for products. )
