I agree that access to the calendar should be limited.



Jared Smith, Bruce Bailey, and all Access Board staff; Jim Tobias, Mike
Paciello, and PERMANENT SUBCOMMITTEE Co-chairs.



The reason I suggest prohibiting the Convenors from listing material on
the calendar is because they should go through one or more of the above
before any thing is posted. That way the notice of the meeting is
posted publicly before the meeting is held.



We are putting out a brief email later today to the members of the
committee reminding them that all subcommittee meetings need to be
posted publicly, and reminding them that the meetings need to be
accessible. More details to follow shortly.
