Hi Terry,
I very much appreciate the work Andi Snow-Weaver has done in the Web &
Software subcommittee, where every week she distills down the key topics
that were discussed in e-mail, which we then try to come to conclusion
on in the con-call. If a conclusion is reached in advance of the call,
it is noted on the wiki, which otherwise contains a summary of the key
issues (typically with words lifted directly from the e-mails). This
has been invaluable in helping our subcommittee get through a huge
number of provisions, and add a host of new ones (for content, and now
for authoring tools).
Perhaps something like that would be useful here?
