sorry for my great delay in providing updates as discussed on 05/30.
Between this and the connection of web/software/content I have been
struggling to link it all together "safely", or "understandably". I
think I have three recommendations that appear doable to make this all
fit together, and include the comments and discussion from 05/30.


I'll post the "long" information late this evening as i have to finalize
a few things first. I'm almost done now, but think some of us may find
the effort will be worth the wait. I am trying to be complete enough so
that unless drastic disagreement about provision content breaks out, the
content will be pretty darned ready for submission. I will be cross
posting the content to web/software/content as well as they have stakes
in this discussion as well.
