The more generic version of the first standard, applicable across the board
would read --
"Activate accessibility features and configure electronic and information
technology products so that they are accessible to and usable by people with
disabilities."

Seems like the second one related to relay is more telecommunications
focused.

For those of us that were on the teleconference call this morning - I found
the provision talking about general agency responsibilities on setup etc.



It wasn't another group. It was us.

In complying with this subpart, each agency shall:

1.. Activate accessibility features and configure telecommunications
products so that they are accessible to and usable by people with
disabilities.
2.. Ensure access to and use of all telecommunications relay
services for incoming and outgoing calls as approved by the Federal
Communications Commission pursuant to its authority under 47 U.S.C. Sec.
225, as needed to achieve functionally equivalent communication access by
people with disabilities.
