Couple more definitions needed
"contrast ratio" - need definition to be testable.
"relative luminance" - used in both FLASH (seizure) and CONTRAST RATIO
definitions.
For harmonization (and testability) - I suggest using WCAG definitions

In current content definition - I see only 'information'. Not anything to
do with interaction. Suggest adding words in brackets

any information [OR INTERACTION] that is encountered as part of a user
experience including but not limited to text, images, sounds, videos,
animations [AND INTERACTIVE ELEMENTS].
