I hope you are enjoying this time between the May and July meetings.
Here is information for you to keep in mind as you make your
preparations for the fifth TEITAC face to face meeting.

Co-chairs Mike and Jim have asked the Access Board to provide the
members of the committee the opportunity to meet for three full days
during this July meeting. This is because the work done at the July
meeting will be crucial to determining when the committee may reasonably
expect to complete its work and present its report.

Accordingly, ALL meeting days will run from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If
the committee finishes early on Day #3, there is no reason you can't end
the meeting earlier, but the time is available for your use.

What: TEITAC Meeting #5

Date/Time: July 16, 2007 (Monday); 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
July 17, 2007 (Tuesday) 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
July 18, 2007 (Wednesday) 9:00 to 5:00 p.m.
[****NOTE Extension of the day to 5 p.m.]

Agenda: The agenda will be posted tomorrow, June 27, 2007. I will send
it to this group first, then post it on the Access Board website.


Where: National Science Foundation, 4201 Wilson Boulevard,
Arlington, VA 22230, to pick up security passes, and then report to
4121 Wilson Boulevard, Stafford Place II, Room 555, Arlington, VA 22230
for the meeting.
