As a result of email list serv and conference call discussions- we have
consolidated the comments on Subpart A related issues. The suggested changes
and supporting rational have been posted on the wiki for your review and
comment. Direct links to the appropriate sections are identified below. We
have identified proposed changes, summarized the rationale where appropriate
and have identified instances where multiple suggestions or dissenting
opinions have been made.

We are asking that you review the suggested changes and submit any comments.
When you submit comments please sign and date your comments. To sign your
comments you should enter three tildes "~~~" and the wiki will insert your
name. Comments should be submitted ASAP for consideration at the July
meeting.
