Do we need to include any language to existing provisions, or add any
provisions, to capture requirements for actual media player software
applications (i.e. - QuickTime, RealPlayer, Flash web player, etc.) to
(a) support captions/dv, (b) support closed and open captions/dv, (c)
include any language around 1 or 2 line display, (d) etc.?

I ask because it seems as though we have provisions that cover the
content and the television/video hardware, but don't have anything for
players. I could be missing something though.
