Better late than never: I've uploaded to the July 6 draft the
changes that we discussed on the 6/27 teleconference, namely the
slight tweak to to 6.3C#1 (http://teitac.org/wiki/
EWG:_Draft_July_6:_Section_6_Comments) and the new definitions of
captions and video descriptions in Subpart A (http://teitac.org/wiki/
EWG:_Draft_July_6:_Subpart_A_Comments)
